Finding That Perfect Business Opportunity... Visualize Your Success and Make It a Reality... One Thing You Can Learn From Successful School Children... Some Rewards Just Aren’t Worth It... and More.

** Finding That Perfect Business Opportunity
By Adrian Newman, Founder of e-Wealth Daily

People who have become millionaires have made their money in one of two ways: they either had the foresight to act upon a moneymaking opportunity long before anyone else did or they simply turned a long-time passion, interest, or hobby into a moneymaking opportunity. If you are looking for the perfect business opportunity to make you the extra money you need — maybe even to make you wealthy — you may not have to look very far.

Everyone has some kind of passion, interest, or hobby that can easily be matched to the hundreds of opportunities being sold in the business marketplace today. These business opportunities can range from $20 to over $20,000 — but don't let these numbers fool you.

Many wealth seekers have made a fortune using the simplest and least expensive methods, such as turning a $40 business opportunity book they bought through the mail into a multi- million-dollar empire.

Just because you spend more money doesn't mean the business opportunity will reap you larger financial rewards or make you successful quicker. Your perfect business opportunity begins with your believing in it — you have to possess the desire to make it successful. For example, don't pursue a real estate venture if you don't care much for real estate to begin with.

Instead, go with something that you love to do and that you are truly passionate about.

When people ask me for advice about moneymaking opportunities, they often have an unrealistic objective in mind:
to make as much money in the least amount of time possible.

Let's face it, you can't get rich overnight unless you win the lottery or get a huge inheritance. So, the next best thing is to find a business opportunity that will get you excited day in, day out until you reach your goal.

Remember, your goals have to be realistic! If you need to make an extra $2,456 each month to achieve the kind of lifestyle you desire, then make that the end goal you strive for — not a pie- in-the-sky fantasy of overflowing riches. If you have a realistic goal to begin with, you will have a better chance of success sooner than you think.

For example, if you are having a difficult time making ends meet each month, your first objective is to get out of your financial rut.

Forget about making the big bucks for now until you get your head above water. Determine how much money you need to achieve your number one goal and then put your business opportunity to work right away. Take baby steps because becoming wealthy will not happen right away.

** Visualize Your Success and Make It a Reality
By Doug D'Anna, the "Hundred-Million-Dollar Man"

I can't stress this enough: You could get everything you want in life if you picture it in your mind first. For nearly 20 years, I've used the visualization technique to achieve my life's biggest dreams.

When you follow through with visualization, you could be able to tap into your potential and realize the mental picture you have of your future. Here are some points to get you on your way to seeing your dreams come to fruition. These are independent exercises that you can do on your own:

  • Learn to relax. Find a quiet spot. Relaxation and meditation techniques all begin the same way: sitting in a relaxed position and breathing slowly and deeply, visualizing the flow of your breath through y! our body and consciously relaxing all of your muscles.

  • Visualize success. Cut out pictures, images, and words that depict what you want. They will help you to get motivated and to move in the right direction. Surround yourself with the images or items that represent the things you long for
    in life.

  • Build confidence. You need to empower yourself by working on your confidence level. Picture yourself as a success and know that you can achieve it. Follow your heart, put aside negative influences, and know that you can be a success. Confidence is key to realizing your goals.

  • Motivate yourself. Recall past instances in your life where you have succeeded and replay the entire events in your mind. Strive to break your own records.

  • Recharge yourself. Do things that make you feel positive and lose yourself in thoughts of your goals. Tal! king to objective friends about your ambitions could hel! p you to reach your optimal energy levels and to refocus on what you truly desire.

  • Learn and perfect your skill set. Visualize and then jot down the processes and techniques that you'll need to learn in order to accomplish your goals. Keep this list handy and add to it frequently. You will begin to see the patterns and behaviors you'll need to become successful that you can work on refining and improving.

  • Learn how to compete. Visualize how you will handle different opponents that you may encounter along the road to success, be they people or circumstances. What will you say? How will you react? What measures will you take to overcome them? What will you do in the event of a setback?

  • Seek reinforcement. You cannot stay on this path alone.

  • Seek out others who can convince you that your goals are attainable, such as mentors, who can advise and counsel you along the way. Immerse yourself in an environment of positive people and influential behavior.

  • Hit rewind. Replay thoughts over and over in your mind until you are certain that you have perfected a process, method, or technique for accomplishing what you want. Make the images as vivid and detailed as you can.

** One Thing You Can Learn From Successful School Children
By John Hurd, Chief Wealth Researcher

Just the other day I sat down to talk with a good friend of mine.
You see, she is a school teacher and, as I write this, she is most likely standing at the front of class running through some multiplication tables.

Before her school year started, we were sitting around talking about the challenges people face when learning something new. While her and I both enjoy learning new things, there are many people, including the children in her class, that simply have a hard time achieving the successes they are aiming for that require learning new information.

For the children in her class, that means excelling on tests and pulling up their marks throughout the year. For many others, this means realizing their moneymaking dreams.

She soon brought up a point that I want to share with you today. She said that there is one thing that children who learn the most throughout the year all do. It doesn’t matter if they are sharp as a whip or have a tougher time piecing together the facts. As long as they do this one thing, each and every child has an equal opportunity to progress further in her class.

That one thing each and every child — and even adults— can do is to ask a lot of questions.

You see, in her class, some of the ''smart kids'' are too full of pride to ask questions. They don't want to sound like they don't get what's going on. So they toil away, trying to figure out things on their own. While these children have time to learn from their mistakes, as you get older, there is less time to spend on trial-and-error experiments. Especially since there is a whole slew of places and people you can turn to when you need help.

Asking questions not only gets you the answers that could help you excel faster, but it also benefits you in two other ways.

The first is that it helps you develop a quick reaction to new information. Asking questions shows that you are thinking on your feet and processing the facts right away. Rather than waiting to figure out the answers, asking questions can help you understand things right away.

Secondly, asking questions is great for developing your networking skills. Many people who have achieved personal success like sharing their tales and tips any chance they get.
Asking questions shows that you are listening and can even help you extract some helpful suggestions in the process.

So, while our nation's children are toiling away in the new school year, you can follow their example and ask the questions you want answered. You never know, one of those answers could be the key to your future success.

** Some Rewards Just Aren’t Worth It
By Michael Newman, the "Money Finder"

Last night, when I was driving home from a dinner meeting, I noticed the fuel was starting to run a little low in my car.
Anyways, the price of gasoline was lower than it had been in a couple of days, so I decided to pull over and top up my tank.

Because of the outrageous gas prices this summer, I’ve been doing my best to conserve gasoline, and on the occasions where I do fill up I usually put in the cheaper grade. After all, I lease my vehicle, plus, if I can’t keep the money in my pocket to invest positively, then I won’t have the money in my pocket for very long!

In any event, when I was filling my tank, I noticed one of the employees approaching customers with a clipboard and informing them about some kind of new program being offered by the gas station. When he arrived at my pump, he began telling me about a rewards program that was being instituted by the gas station “to reward people for making an environmentally healthy choice.”

Basically, if you filled you car up with the higher-octane gasoline available at the station, you would earn rewards points to use in the snack shop at the station. This included things like washer fluid, snacks, coffee and number of other items. At face value, it doesn’t seem like a half bad idea, but then I started to think
about it.

First, although I fill up with lower octane gas, I try to use as little as possible and try to walk or take transit when I travel; therefore, I figured I was already doing a lot more for the environment than most. Although I could be doing a little bit better, I’m still doing a great job.

Not only that, but when I looked at the price of gas, I noticed that the prices of the high-octane gases were astronomically more expensive than the lower octane fuel. So, if I were to register for this rewards program, I’d end up spending much more of my money on gas.

Then finally, I asked myself how I’d be rewarding myself.
After all, it’s not like I frequent the shop at the gas station. I mean, I’m not filling up on candy bars when I go get gas. Plus, I don’t even use that gas station exclusively. In essence, all I’d be left with if I decided to join the program would be a higher gas bill — the last thing any of us need.

My point here is that although different companies offer us incentives to use their products on a daily basis, it’s always important to read between the lines. Unless you’re a loyal customer to a particular brand, joining an incentives program might not be the best thing for you to.

On Wednesday, I’m going to look at the same situation from a different perspective and how it can be a great business move to offer incentives to your customers.

See you next time!
